My name is Onew, an Equatorial Guinean creator, student, and advocate for African representation in South Korea. Through my work in education, digital storytelling, and cultural exchange, I strive to build a more accurate and positive understanding of Africa among Korean audiences.

As an African living and studying in Korea, I have used my platform to introduce African history, cultures, countries, people, and contemporary achievements in ways that are accessible and engaging to Korean audiences. Through short-form content and storytelling, I challenge common stereotypes about Africa while highlighting the continent's diversity, creativity, history, and potential.

Beyond social media, I have actively participated in international exchange and university initiatives, including African-focused programs and events at Busan University of Foreign Studies. I have also contributed to conversations connecting Korea and Africa through cultural exchange, international development, and youth engagement.
