Having spent the past 12 years in South Korea progressing from international student to entrepreneur, I have experienced firsthand the main challenge facing foreign talent: possessing valuable skills does not automatically mean knowing how to navigate the Korean job market or communicate that value to employers.

Driven to address this gap, I began providing career guidance, resume support, and workshops. This initiative grew into a mission to help international talent build successful careers and contribute meaningfully to Korea's economy, leading to the creation of ACAFO, an AI-powered career platform tailored to these specific challenges.

Through ACAFO and community initiatives, I have delivered 500+ career consultations and contributed to lectures, job fairs, and networking events. Beyond employment, my work fosters connections between international communities, Korean companies, universities, and startup ecosystems. When foreign professionals build sustainable careers, they contribute as employees, entrepreneurs, taxpayers, and cross-cultural bridges.
